I think I should stop writing jokes and start quoting Indian News… its more hilarious, entertaining and educative.
Villagers at a wedding in eastern India decided the groom had arrived too drunk to get married, and so the bride married the groom’s more sober brother instead,
and how can I forget Dilbet’s wonderful comments on the honeymoon that will follow.

LMAO 😀
tusssi chhaaa gaye ho again !!
thanks… but news is a great source of intelligence.
dilbert’s comments are awesome!!!
See ..simple ppl have simple solutions 🙂
What a tragedy !!
i do not think it was a tragedy. as the Reuters themselves say…
1) the new groom was more than happy to get married.
2) the girl did not protest.
3) both sides did not lose a single penny which they would have otherwise lost if the marriage was canceled.
4) it was an arranged marriage… so 1 groom is as good as the other one… and luckily both of them share the same blood. 🙂
BTW: if u r still feeling sorry… as Scorpion suggested… just go and read Dilbert’s comments. 🙂
The guy just got lucky!
The groom deserved it.I think the girl was lucky.
@karthi..
ya the new guy really got lucky.. but I would say he saved the bride an embarrassment which would have been caused if the wedding did not take place.
@prerna..
i agree the orignal groom deserved it, but i am not sure if the bride got lucky… its hard for a girl to accept another man.
Get real Pegasus. Any man would be better than that irresponsible drunkard. Girls are smarter now.
no doubt girls are smarter… i am thinking about the uncomfortable moments in the house.
