this movie does not glorify war. in fact you will feel kind of sad after watching it.

i was referring to Rambo etc the normal war movies
the glamorized bunch of movies that one hears about a lot
i have the dvd for that if you are interested.
about bridge on river Kwai… there was an indian remake starring Amitabh Bachan… and like all remakes they messed it up royally

btw next month I would be moving to Lucknow. its a nice city with lots of heritage and culture. If you haven’t been there then I would strongly recommend a visit. Also it is a classic example of how Hindus and Muslims can co-exist.
